Axel Disasi, who joined on-loan from Chelsea in January, is arguably one of the biggest catalyst’s to the Hammers being with in a shout of Premier League survival. The Frenchman has played every game since walking through the door at the London Stadium and has been integral to everything the team has done thus far.

Disasi has now made 11 appearances for West Ham, scoring one goal and securing five clean sheets. The Hammers have scheduled talks for a permanent move for the player but it is all subject to the team’s Premier League survival, with the 28-year-old staying quiet on what he wants.
Fulham and Aston Villa join interested parties in Axel Disasi
Disasi joined West Ham after being left in the cold at Chelsea. The Frenchman’s exile situation was the same last season, when he spent half the campaign with Aston Villa, but could not find the form he has in 2025/26.
Now, the 28-year-old’s stock is sky high and the Hammers face a fight to bring Disasi to the London Stadium permanently.
According to Sebastian Vidal, Fulham and Aston Villa are on the list of interested parties, with both Premier League sides looking to make a move this summer.
Fulham have an outside chance of Europe and will be hoping that can be enough to entice Disasi across London. Aston Villa will hope to have Champions League football, something that appeals to the Frenchman, but the 28-year-old did spend half of last season at Villa Park, and could not find his best form.
Nuno will know that any move for Disasi is resting on whether or not the team stays in the top flight. Secure safety, and the fight for the French defender can begin.
