  • West Ham travel to Aston Villa in the Premier League this afternoon
  • The clash kicks-off at 2:15PM GMT at Villa Park
  • The match is available to watch on Sky Sports in the UK

West Ham United head to Villa Park to take on Aston Villa in what is a huge game for both in their respective Premier League goals this season. The Hammers know they can climb out of the bottom three with a win, whilst Villa can strengthen their top-four credentials with three points.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s team are in good form, having held title-chasing Manchester City to a 1-1 draw last Saturday. West Ham know there is no time to slip up if they want to retain their top flight status this season.

On the opposite side, Aston Villa have been struggling for form. In midweek they secured progress in the Europa League but have lost their last three Premier League games. West Ham will be looking to make the most of tired legs in this one and secure three points for the trip back south.

Confirmed line-ups

Nuno has named an unchanged West Ham side to take on Aston Villa. The Hammers stick with a back-five, giving Axel Disasi, Konstantinos Mavropanos and Jean-Clair Todibo another chance the start together again.

There is no place for Crysencio Summerville who remains out with a calf injury. There is hope he will return after the international break.

Unai Emery makes five changes to his Aston Villa side this afternoon after their midweek Europa League win over Lille.

Ollie Watkins, Ross Barkley, Lucas Digne, Ezri Konsa and Matty Cash all return to the side to face West Ham.

Kick-off time and where to watch

Kick-off time for West Ham’s game with Aston Villa is 2:15PM GMT.

The game is available to watch on Sky Sports in the UK. Coverage of the game begins at 2PM GMT on Sky Sports Premier League.

Playing alongside the Hammers match is Tottenham Hotspur against Nottingham Forest. That match is 16th vs 17th, with the Irons knowing the game means a win would take West Ham out of the bottom three.
