The 24-year-old goal scorer has had an unconventional career path, but has now settled at life in Belgium. David has scored 15 goals this season, and been a key of the club’s season, as they look for another First Division title.

West Ham’s striking options
With the Hammers vying to stay in the Premier League this season, turnover was needed in January to bolster a thin striking group. Niclas Fullkrug left the club for Milan, whilst Callum Wilson has been in and out of the team all season.
Taty Castellanos was the first name through the door. Joining from Lazio, the 27-year-old Argentinian has scored twice for the Hammers so far.
Pablo Filipe was next, joining after a strong spell with Gil Vicente. The Brazilian is yet to score, but has had a strong impact on the team. Unfortunately the 22-year-old will now miss the next four weeks through injury.
