Both West Ham and Sunderland are keen on bringing Hannover striker Joselu to the Premier League, according to German source BILD.
The German-born Spaniard is a former Real Madrid academy product, and was actually in talks with West Ham over a move to England before ultimately deciding to sign with Hoffenheim in the summer of 2012.
Joselu scored in both appearances he made for the Madrid first-team, but failed to make an impact at Hoffenheim, scoring five goals in 25 appearances in what would prove to be his only season with the club.
He was then sent out on loan to Eintracht Frankfurt, where 14 goals in 33 games was enough to earn him a permanent move to Hannover last summer on a four-year contract.
Ten goals in 27 appearances this past season, which makes him a more productive option than either Enner Valencia or Andy Carroll.
