Nuno Espírito Santo has been handed a timely West Ham United boost ahead of Tuesday’s crucial clash with Wolves, with Pablo Felipe back available following his calf injury.
The Brazilian striker returned to the matchday squad for Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Watford, although he remained an unused substitute.
Wolves’ official match preview confirms Pablo is back in contention, leaving Tomáš Souček as West Ham’s only reported injury absentee ahead of the London Stadium meeting.
Pablo return gives Nuno welcome West Ham option
Pablo had missed recent matches with the calf issue, with our previous West Ham team-news update outlining his absence before the Watford trip.
His return gives Nuno another attacking option alongside Taty Castellanos and Joël Piroe as West Ham chase their first Championship victory of the season.
Souček remains unavailable as he continues recovering from the ankle ligament injury suffered at the World Cup.
Wolves, meanwhile, will be without Kieran Trippier, Yerson Mosquera, Rafiki Said and Jean-Ricner Bellegarde.
The visitors arrive with seven points from nine after three successive victories in all competitions, while West Ham have collected just two league points.
That makes Pablo’s return particularly useful as Nuno searches for the attacking combination capable of finally ending West Ham’s winless Championship start.
