Crysencio Summerville signs for Al Hilal on a four-year contract after completing his medical in Amsterdam. West Ham will receive a fee slightly above €70million, worth around £60million, for the Netherlands international.
David Ornstein reports that the 24-year-old has now put pen to paper on his agreement. The final authorisations are being completed before the transfer is formally announced.
Sky Sports previously reported that West Ham had agreed a £55million guaranteed fee, with a further £5million available through add-ons. Roma had offered around £39million, while Manchester United and Aston Villa also explored possible moves.
Summerville leaves after making 56 appearances across two seasons in east London. He scored seven goals and supplied five assists last term before producing two goals and two assists for the Netherlands at the World Cup.

The winger remained under contract until 2029, but relegation increased the likelihood of a summer departure. Al Hilal ultimately presented the strongest proposal after moving ahead of Roma during the final stages.
ReadWestHam reported that Summerville had approved the move after a dramatic 48-hour battle for his signature. The medical and contract have now been completed, moving the transfer towards its official conclusion.
Summerville becomes West Ham’s second major departure after Mateus Fernandes joined Tottenham for £85million. The two sales have raised around £145million in guaranteed fees, with further payments potentially taking the combined income higher.
Nuno Espírito Santo now needs a direct left winger capable of carrying possession and creating chances. West Ham have secured an excellent return, but replacing Summerville will be central to their promotion plans.
