Fulham Enter Crysencio Summerville Transfer Race

Fulham have entered the race to sign Crysencio Summerville, giving West Ham United another question on their valuations for their star players.

The Guardian reports that Fulham have added Summerville to their shortlist, with Chelsea and Manchester United also monitoring the 24-year-old winger.

The report adds that the firmest interest may come from an ambitious Premier League club outside the elite bracket. For West Ham, that could help. A serious Fulham move would give the market another buyer, rather than leaving the club waiting on United’s need to sell or Chelsea’s wider attacking plans.

West Ham Need The Right Summerville Number

Summerville’s value has been strengthened by the World Cup. He scored twice in four appearances for the Netherlands before their last-32 penalty exit, giving West Ham a stronger argument than the usual relegation discount.

West Ham have already banked a major fee from Mateus Fernandes’ move to Tottenham. The next call is whether Summerville becomes the sale that protects the Jarrod Bowen position and gives Nuno Espirito Santo room to build a promotion squad.

ReadWestHam has already looked at how Anthony Musaba interest has created a Crysencio Summerville succession decision, and Fulham’s interest adds another layer to that work.

West Ham cannot treat this as a soft market. Summerville still offers speed, direct running and Premier League-level threat.

If he goes, the fee has to do more than balance the books. It has to help Nuno replace a winger capable of changing games.
