Alex Crook tips West Ham to revisit interest in Divock Origi
West Ham are riding the crest of a wave at present following another huge scalp taken at the London Stadium.
Not content with cruising through their Europa League group, the Hammers are currently eyeing up a push for the Premier League top four.
Any hopes of such halcyon days will be tempered however by recent injuries suffered to Angelo Ogbonna and Kurt Zouma.
With the January transfer window just around the corner, David Moyes could delve into the mid-season market to bolster the squad options.
Speaking to talkSPORT (Wednesday, December 8), journalist Alex Crook suggested that in-form Liverpool ace Divock Origi could be on the radar.
Divock Origi is somebody I know they looked at in the summer, his agent has a very close connection, should we say, to the West Ham board so that is a transfer I could see happening in January.
So far this season the 31-cap Belgian has scored five and provided two assists in 10 appearances across all competitions – including a sublime run of form away from Merseyside.
Divock Origi has now scored in each of his last 4 away games for Liverpool:

READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Valued at £10.8million and out of contract at the end of the season (Transfermarkt), there is feasibly a possibility Liverpool will look to cash in on their man in January.
One stumbling block could be the involvement of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane in the African Cup of Nations with Jurgen Klopp reticent to let attacking options depart.
Moyes will no doubt be actively pursuing a striker to support Michail Antonio next month and waiting for Origi until the Liverpool duo return could be a viable avenue.
