West Ham Player Ratings: Manchester United (A)

West Ham were eliminated at the fifth round stage of the FA Cup at the hands of Manchester United on Tuesday night after an extra time winner from Scott McTominay.

On a night when the Hammers were without Michail Antonio, David Moyes’ side lost Angelo Ogbonna early on to an ankle injury after the Italian centre-back helped block an Anthony Martial shot.

Moyes made two more changes at the break, including replacing Issa Diop, who had earlier came on for Ogbonna. The French defender was involved in a clash of heads and was believed to be suffering at the break.

In a game without clear-cut chances, Craig Dawson perhaps had the clearest sight of goal late on. The 30-year-old found space from a corner but his header was weak and easily repelled by the hosts.

Moyes will now be counting the cost of his injuries as well as the cup elimination – here’s how we rated the Irons players from the Old Trafford defeat…
