Some West Ham fans put their faith in youngster Ademipo Odubeko

Many West Ham fans were left cursing the end of the transfer window as the Hammers failed to replace Sebastien Haller despite extensive links with a plethora of strikers throughout January.

Having looked forward to throwing their weight behind a new exciting centre-forward, some the Irons faithful are instead pinning their hopes on teenager Ademipo Odubeko.

The former Manchester United starlet joined the Hammers back in 2019 and has excelled in the youth ranks as well as impressing in his brief cup outings this season.

Now, the Republic of Ireland under-17 international could be called upon to play understudy to Michail Antonio as the next recognised striker in line.

These Irons fans have backed the 18-year-old to make the most of his opportunity whenever it comes…

matchday.
