West Ham Player Ratings: Crystal Palace (A)

West Ham overcame an early setback to prevail 3-2 against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park last night and move into the top four in the Premier League.

A Wilfried Zaha goal in the opening minutes momentarily rocked David Moyes’ side but a Tomas Soucek double and a towering Craig Dawson header saw the Hammers complete the turnaround.

Palace scored again in the dying moments through Michy Batshuayi with the three points all but confirmed as the Irons leapfrogged defending champions Liverpool to go fourth.

The result underlined Moyes’ astonishing work in the last 12 months as astute 2020 signing Soucek proved his worth once again.

West Ham will now welcome Jurgen Klopp’s champions to the London Stadium on Sunday afternoon, with genuine belief on current form that they could earn all three points.

Here is how we rated Moyes’ European-dreaming players as West Ham made in six consecutive wins in all competitions…

matchday.
