West Ham target Hakan Calhanoglu is set to leave his club AC Milan this summer, Calio Mercato reports.
The attacking midfielder has been on the radar of the Hammers for some time, as Manuel Pellegrini looks for added attacking threat for his East London outfit.
The Turkish star has enjoyed a decent season at the Serie A club, setting up teammates a total of 13 times in all competitions. He made a name for himself while playing for Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen, scoring 28 goals in his 115 games for the club.

But now that it has been announced that he will be leaving Milan in the summer transfer window, West Ham may be able to pick him up for a good price.
The 25-year-old has been priced at roughly around £26 million. Should West Ham want to add the attacker to their arsenal, they may face competition from mid-table rivals Leicester who have also been linked with the player, as Brendan Rodgers looks to bolster his squad in preparation for next season.
The Irons have enjoyed an average season and are able to finish ninth on the last day of the Premier League, should other results go their way.
