The striker started last weekend’s victory over Arsenal at the London Stadium, and appeared to wave to the crowd after he was substituted, sparking debate as to whether he was set to leave the club.
Arnautovic has been a key figure for West Ham since his £20million move from Stoke City in 2017, and has scored seven goals so far this season in the Premier League.
The West Ham boss has previously stated his desire to keep the Austria international at the club, however revealed on Thursday that he would allow the striker to move on if it was a deal that suited the club.
