Nuno Espírito Santo believes growing unity throughout West Ham United is helping the club move towards better times after their impressive turnaround in the Championship.
The Hammers climbed to the top of the table on Tuesday night after Jarrod Bowen scored twice in a dramatic 3-2 victory at Bolton Wanderers.
It was West Ham’s third consecutive league win following victories over Wolves and Derby County.
But Nuno’s post-match message extended beyond what happened on the pitch.
Nuno sees major change at West Ham
Speaking after the victory, Nuno pointed towards the atmosphere throughout the club as an important part of West Ham’s recent improvement.
“What I see and what I feel is unity in all departments of the club.”

It is a notable message after a summer containing significant changes both on and off the pitch.
ReadWestHam has already reported how Nils Koppen’s influence within West Ham’s recruitment structure is growing, while the playing squad underwent a major rebuild following relegation.
Those changes did not immediately translate into results.
West Ham failed to win any of their opening three Championship matches but have responded by collecting nine points from the next three.
West Ham still have room to improve
Nuno was also unwilling to suggest the job is anywhere near complete.

West Ham are currently top of the Championship, although Wednesday night’s results could change the standings before Wrexham visit London Stadium on Friday.
For Nuno, though, the more significant development appears to be the feeling that different parts of West Ham are finally pulling in the same direction.
