West Ham United Women’s October and early November schedule has been updated following the Barclays WSL’s confirmation of broadcast selections for rounds five to eight of the 2026/27 season. This piece, first published on 7 September and updated on 17 September 2026, reflects the latest kick-off times and television picks confirmed by the league for Rita Guarino’s squad through to 1 November. Supporters can also revisit our original October fixture report for the initial breakdown.
Updated WSL schedule confirmation for October 2026
The Barclays WSL has now confirmed its broadcast selections covering matches from early October through to 1 November 2026. The announcement sets out kick-off times, venues and live coverage details for four of West Ham’s fixtures in that window.
The confirmation gives clarity to fans planning to attend matches or watch from home, with two changes to previously pencilled-in kick-off times among the announced fixtures.
West Ham United Women October fixture changes
West Ham host Chelsea on Sunday 4 October, with kick-off confirmed for 2pm at Victoria Road. The match will be shown live on Sky Sports.
The trip to Crystal Palace has been amended. West Ham’s visit to the VBS Community Stadium now kicks off at 12pm on Sunday 18 October, a change from the fixture’s original scheduling.
The away match at Brighton has also been finalised. West Ham travel to the Amex Stadium on Saturday 24 October, with kick-off set for 5.15pm and the game broadcast live on Sky Sports.
Rounding out the confirmed run, West Ham’s home fixture against Liverpool takes place on Sunday 1 November at 2pm, also selected for live coverage.
Where to watch upcoming West Ham United Women games
Supporters can watch West Ham United Women’s games live on Sky Sports for three of the four confirmed fixtures in this window: the home clash with Chelsea on 4 October, the away trip to Brighton on 24 October, and the home meeting with Liverpool on 1 November.
The Liverpool fixture carries an additional option, with the Barclays WSL confirming it will also stream live on the BWSL YouTube channel alongside its Sky Sports broadcast. The Crystal Palace fixture on 18 October has not been listed among the confirmed live broadcasts, meaning the venue’s own matchday coverage remains the primary route for followers unable to attend the VBS Community Stadium in person.
What happens next for Rita Guarino’s squad
Rita Guarino remains in charge of West Ham United Women as the club works through this run of fixtures. The confirmed broadcast schedule gives her squad a clear run of dates to prepare for, starting with the visit of Chelsea to Victoria Road on 4 October.
That match follows a run of form that included West Ham’s recent victory over London City, and supporters will be hoping for a similar level of performance against a Chelsea side that regularly features among the WSL’s leading teams. It’s a fixture with history for West Ham fans too, following on from the club’s memorable WSL opening day win in years gone by.
Beyond the confirmed dates through to 1 November, the Barclays WSL has not announced further broadcast selections for West Ham’s fixtures. No changes to squad selection or team management have been reported, and this update is limited strictly to the confirmed fixture and broadcast details set out above. Any further amendments to kick-off times or coverage will be reflected once officially confirmed by the league.
