West Ham United have released their white 2026/27 away kit, with New Balance bringing back a colour tied to some of the club’s most famous moments.
West Ham confirmed the launch on their official website, describing the shirt as a modern take on the club’s historic white away kits.
The design includes claret and blue flashes on the collar and cuffs, with the crossed hammers standing alone on the chest. West Ham say the shirt also features subtle patterns inspired by the ornate ceiling of the Boleyn Tavern.
The club have linked the release to the 1980 FA Cup win, when Billy Bonds and his team-mates wore white as West Ham lifted the trophy.
ReadWestHam recently covered how West Ham’s New Balance home kit launch formed part of a wider reset after relegation. The away kit follows the same theme: heritage, identity and a fresh start under Nuno Espirito Santo.
West Ham Lean On History For New Chapter
The shirt arrives as West Ham prepare for a Championship season and a push back towards the Premier League.
The club also highlighted the women’s team in the launch, with progress in the Barclays Women’s Super League part of the wider message around the new kit.
Shirts are on sale now through West Ham’s online store. Adult shirts start at £75, while youth sizes start at £60.
Supporters can also buy the Elite Shirt for the first time as part of this New Balance collection. That version matches the shirt worn by players on the pitch.
West Ham will also sell the kit in-store at London Stadium, Liberty Romford, Lakeside Thurrock and Basildon Eastgate.
For supporters, the white away kit offers a familiar look for a new campaign. For the club, it is another attempt to connect the rebuild with West Ham’s history.
