West Ham maintained their winning ways in the Premier League with a comfortable 2-0 victory over Norwich City on Wednesday night.
The Irons were in control for much of the contest and a goal in each half from an in-form Jarrod Bowen sealed all three points.
It was a night of positives for David Moyes’ side as Aaron Cresswell returned to the starting lineup having been sidelined since November.
After the match, it was the 32-year-old full-back who took the plaudits from happy Hammers on social media…

Massive boost having Aaron Cresswell back tonight. Provides added defensive security, fluidity on the ball and an extra threat with his technical qualities from open play & set pieces. One of West Ham’s most improved players under David Moyes.

READ WEST HAM VERDICT
Whilst the likes of Ben Johnson and Arthur Masuaku have both done a job in covering for the Liverpool-born star, the Irons have certainly missed the attacking quality of their stalwart.
The former Tranmere Rovers youngster has now amassed 238 Premier League appearances – scoring nine times and providing 27 assists in the process.
This performance and indeed Cresswell’s track record are unmatched in the West Ham cover available and perhaps the reason Moyes is keen on signing a worthy understudy.
