Former Premier League striker Ian Wright has been heaping praise on West Ham defender Kurt Zouma.
The 27-year-old has been in sensational form since arriving from Chelsea in the summer and has made himself a contstant feature in David Moyes’ side.
Speaking on his own podcast, Wrighty’s House, the 58-year-old was full of admiration for the French international centre-back
Kurt Zouma looks amazing. Honestly, he looks amazing. You look at him at Chelsea and you feel there is a jittery about him. You can play the ball to him and it’s like, ‘get to Kurt’. Now, you look at him, and you think, he’s accomplished because he knows he’s a mainstay. He’s got brilliant coaches there to help him, and he’s going to play. He’s playing in the team with unbelievable energy.
So far this season Zouma has made eight appearances for the Hammers across all competitions.

West Ham’s defence has certainly been a force to be reckoned with this season.
Moyes now has options at the back with the adept duo of Issa Diop and Craig Dawson waiting in the wings.
But, there can be no doubt that at present Zouma is worthy of his starting place.
