West Ham midfielder Conor Coventry looks to be ‘heading’ to Peterborough on loan for the duration of the 2021/22 season.

Whilst staying at the London Stadium and learning off the likes of Declan Rice, Tomas Soucek and Mark Noble would be quite the grounding, there is no substitute for actual regular game time.
This will be the second loan spell of Coventry’s young career having made seven appearances for Lincoln City during the 2019/20 season.
Valued at £180,000 and under contract until 2023 (Transfermarkt), it remains distinctly possible Coventry could become a success in East London.
One to watch both today and for the remainder of the campaign should it come to pass.
