West Ham could revive their interest in Senegalese striking prospect Abdallah Sima in the summer transfer window, according to ExWHUEmployee.
The 19-year-old marksman plays with SK Slavia Prague, the same club from which the Hammers recruited Vladimir Coufal and Tomas Soucek.
Sima’s signature could complete a Hammers trinity of former Slavia talents in at the London Stadium, whilst the Irons have also been previously linked with their goalkeeper Ondrej Kolar as a long-term replacement for Lukasz Fabianski.
When asked by a Hammers fan if Sima remained a summer target for the board, the insider source was non-committal on West Ham’s supposed interest at this stage, saying that the teenager is “possibly one on the list” and adding that there is “definitely interest there but who knows what the next 6 months will bring”.

The teenager has racked up an impressive tally of 17 goals in just 24 appearances in all competitions this season, including the Europa League and the Czech top flight. He is currently valued at £7.2m by Transfermarkt.

The good relationship with Slavia could help West Ham to fend off any potential future suitors for the striker. Moreover, Sima himself looks to be a bright prospect whose record speaks for itself.
Given his age, the potential of him only improving is a very realistic one, as the forward has the rest of his career ahead of him.
With funds left available to rebuild in the summer after selling Sebastien Haller last month, a striker must surely be at the top of the club’s plans – and Sima seems to fit the mould superbly.
