West Ham told to pay £31m to sign Marega

Porto’s Moussa Marega is a man in demand this summer, with the likes of Aston Villa, West Ham and Wolves chasing his signature and the Portuguese club have reportedly named their asking price.

According to a report in the Daily Star, Porto are asking for a fee in the region of £31 million in any deal for the striker.

After making 29 appearances in the Primeira Liga last season, scoring 11 times and providing a further seven assists, the striker may look to move on this summer.

His Champions League record is even more impressive, racking up six goals in just nine games, proving he can supply at the top level.

West Ham look set to add more firepower up top ahead of next season in what could be another big spending summer transfer window.

Marega will not come cheaply though as the Hammer scour the market for a new striker.

Wherever the Mali international ends up, his physically and firepower will make him a great addition to any side.
