Lucas Perez and West Ham look set to go their separate ways this summer.
The 30-year-old made the move to the London Stadium from Premier League rivals Arsenal after a £4m fee was agreed by the two clubs last year.
However, according to Spanish outlet La Voz de Galicia, cited by Sport Witness, the Hammers are ready to accept an offer in the region of €2m for the forward from La Liga side Alaves.
The same report goes onto explain that there may well be a number of stumbling blocks over a possible deal.
They claim that Perez would have to take a hefty pay cut to secure a move away from the Premier League, however, the Spaniard is reportedly keeping his options open to alternative buyers.
Perez still has two years left on his current Hammers deal, so it appears as if even though both parties are willing to go their separate ways, a potential deal may be extremely complex.
Four more possible West Ham departures this summer
Hernandez is another out of favour forward under Manuel Pellegrini and is also open to a move away this summer.
Experienced striker Carroll is out of contract next month and looks likely to leave, however, the former England international has been linked with a shock contract extension in recent weeks.
Arnautovic looks likely to stay at the London Stadium but there has been speculation of the controversial striker leaving in the summer.
Like Carroll, experienced keeper Adrian is set to end his six-year association with the club when his deal expires next month.
