West Ham transfer target Edin Dzeko is open to a move away from Roma at the end of the season.

According to Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport, via Sport Witness, Inter Milan and West Ham are leading the race to sign the striker.

The report claims that Dzeko is willing to leave Roma in the summer, if they fail to offer him a new contract.

Dzeko is hoping that the Italian giants offer him a deal, but would be open to leaving if they failed to do so.

West Ham are said to be keen to secure a deal for Dzeko, if they can get Roma to sell for an acceptable fee.

Roma are currently demanding €15m for the Bosnian international, with West Ham yet to meet their demands.

Dzeko has scored 86 goals in 171 appearances for Roma since joining the club from Manchester City in 2015 for a reported fee of €11m.
