West Ham are reportedly planning a summer move for Besiktas midfielder Dorukhan Tokoz, according to a report in Turkish outlet Fanatik (relayed by HITC).
The Hammers were said to have made a bid for another Besiktas midfielder during the January transfer window, their £6.5 million offer for Gary Medel ultimately rejected.
It is not clear if Manuel Pellegrini’s side are still interested in the former Cardiff City workhorse, or if they have turned their attentions to the 22-year-old Tokoz instead.

Rumoured to be valued at £17 million by his club, the deep-lying play-maker has made 17 appearances in all competitions for his side this season, and has also recently received his first caps for the Turkish senior team.
West Ham are looking to follow up their solid summer of business a year ago with another shopping spree, and one of the key priorities seems to be finding a long-term partner for Declan Rice in the midfield.
