West Ham ready to sell Hugill in the summer
West Ham are ready to sell striker Jordan Hugill on a permanent deal at the end of the season.
According to Football London, West Ham are prepared to cut Hugill loose this summer, if they receive an acceptable offer for his services.
Hugill joined West Ham from Preston in January 2018 for a fee in the region of £7m, but failed to make any impact in the Premier League for the Hammers.
Instead, he was loaned out to Tony Pulis’ Middlesbrough in the Championship at the start of this season.
The English forward has scored seven goals in 33 appearances for Middlesbrough this season in all competitions, further showing why West Ham are willing to let him leave the club.
Manuel Pellegrini does not have Hugill in his plans for the future, although the report does not claim how much West Ham will be demanding for the forward – after paying £7m for him little over a year ago.
