West Ham midfielder Declan Rice is set to make his full England debut against Montenegro on Monday night.
According to Sky Sports, Rice will start the game – his second cap after coming off the bench in the 5-0 win over the Czech Republic.

Rice, who had already been capped three times by Ireland, pledged his allegiance to England earlier this year and is now set to be rewarded with his full debut in the qualifier against Montenegro.
The holding midfielder has been a standout for West Ham in the Premier League this season, despite only recently turning 20.
He has already made 55 Premier League appearances for West Ham and is capable of playing at centre-back or in holding midfield.
