West Ham’s Robert Snodgrass is to appeal against a charge of abusing anti-doping officials, according to BBC Sport.
The midfielder has requested a personal hearing against the charge, of which he denies any wrongdoing.
If found guilty, the midfielder faces an £8,000 fine and a one-match ban.
The alleged incident took place on the 6th January at West Ham’s training ground.

Snodgrass has been ever-present for West Ham this season after spending some time last season at Aston Villa.
The Scot has played 34 times this season for the Hammers this season and has four goals to his name in all competitions.
When announcing the charge earlier this month, The FA stated that:
Robert Snodgrass has been charged with a breach of FA Rule E3(1).
It is alleged the player used abusive and/or insulting words towards UK anti-doping officials who were visiting West Ham United’s training ground on 6 February 2019 to conduct out-of-competition testing.
Snodgrass would be a big miss for West Ham if he is found guilty of abusing the officials.
The Scot has denied the charges and will look to prove his innocence from all the charges related to the alleged abuse.
