Marko Arnautovic reportedly wants to leave West Ham in the January transfer window, with Roma earmarked as a potential destination.
According to reports in Italy, as cited on Sport Witness, the player could swap London for Rome in a deal that would see Edin Dzeko move in the opposite direction.
Arnautovic was heavily linked with a move away from the London Stadium over the summer, but after deciding to remain with the Hammers, he is now said to be unhappy again.
It is claimed that the Italian outfit could spend as much as €25-€30 million on the player, but aim to lower West Ham’s asking price by offering the ex-Premier League winner to sweeten the deal.
West Ham themselves were also linked with Dzeko over the summer, with Roma considering whether or not to cash in on the former Manchester City man.
Dzeko is still yet to commit to a new deal with Roma and as one of their highest earners, the Italian outfit would reportedly be open to offloading the player in the near future.
