Lazio have joined the race to sign West Ham target Yacine Brahimi from FC Porto, according to A Bola.
The Hammers have been heavily linked with a swoop for the Algerian international in recent times and their interest in the player is reiterated by the Portuguese report.
However, it’s believed that West Ham will face stiff competition in their pursuit of Brahimi, with Serie A giants Lazio touted as potential suitors for the winger.

A Bola indicate that Brahimi has emerged as a top target for Simone Inzaghi’s side ahead of the January transfer window, with the report claiming that they are willing to “outdo all competition” to secure his signature.
The 28-year-old has long been courted by Premier League clubs, with Newcastle United also reported to be keen, but Porto have been intent on retaining his services.
Nevertheless, Brahimi’s contract at Porto expires at the end of the season and it seems the race for his signature is well and truly underway.
