Samir Nasri is set to sign a six-month deal with West Ham on £50k-per-week, according to The Mirror.
The report claims that Nasri will sign a deal until the end of the season and will sign a contract with a base salary of £50k-per-week, with a number of performance-based incentives.
Nasri is in London to complete a medical before finalising his switch back to the Premier League, having been without a club since last January.

The Frenchman will be able to play from January onwards after a lengthy ban for doping, whilst he was playing for Antalyaspor in Turkey.
The 31-year-old is set to reunite with Manuel Pellegrini, after the pair won a Premier League title together at Manchester City.
Nasri scored 26 goals in 171 appearances for Manchester City, after scoring 27 in 125 games for Arsenal earlier in his career.
He has been capped 41 times by France and could prove to be a very astute signing by West Ham is he can stay fit in the coming months.
