West Ham linked with move for free agent Samir Nasri

West Ham could offer Samir Nasri a Premier League return following the conclusion of his 18-month ban from the game.

The Mirror reports that the Hammers are interested in the player, who is now once again free to play and will no doubt attract interest ahead of the January window.

The Frenchman has been sidelined from the game following an 18-month ban after receiving an intravenous drip.

A host of clubs have already been linked with moves to sign the player, with Everton previously mentioned as a potential destination for the former Manchester City man.

Manuel Pellegrini is said to be in the market for new January additions following a build-up of injuries at the London Stadium this season.

Nasri is a player that Pellegrini will know well having worked with him during their time at Manchester City.

The former will be keen to get his career back on track, having fallen by the wayside since leaving City with spells at Sevilla and in Turkey.
