West Ham reportedly interested in signing Dani Olmo

West Ham are reportedly ready to rival Liverpool and a host of other top European clubs in the race to sign Dani Olmo from Dinamo Zagreb.

According to Spanish news outlet Sport, the Hammers have emerged as potential suitors for the 20-year-old, who spent seven years in the youth academy of Barcelona.

Olmo has established himself as a vital cog in Dimano Zagreb’s first-team and following an impressive run of form, has caught the eye of West Ham’s scouts, if Sport are to be believed.

Following his emergence in the top-flight of Croatian football, it’s reported by Sport that any deal involving Olmo will not be cheap. It’s stated that buying clubs will be forced to fork out a fee worth at least €25 million for the promising wide player.

If West Ham are to act on their interest, they will be forced to fend off competition from clubs across Europe. Sport claim that Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan are both also keen to move in for Olmo.
