Having been perennially linked with a move to West Ham, Inter Milan youngster Yann Karamoh looks set to complete a loan switch to Saint-Etienne.
The promising attacker has been touted with a transfer to the Hammers for some time now but it seems he will be making a return to his homeland of France for the season ahead.
Karamoh has struggled to nail down a regular first-team place at Inter under Luciano Spalletti. This appears to have prompted the former Caen star to seek pastures new, at least on a temporary basis.
The 20-year-old, who can play on the wing and in a central role, has agreed to make the move to Saint-Etienne according to Tutto Mercato (via Inside Futbol) and will hope to revitalise himself in Ligue 1.
Karamoh is believed to be set to undergo a medical with Saint-Etienne as he looks to once again prove his worth to Inter and perhaps other potential suitors, including West Ham.
