West Ham midfielder Josh Cullen is set to join Charlton Athletic on loan, according to Pete O’Rourke.
The 22-year-old was a Hammers youth product, and has received two previous loan opportunities in his time in East London.
Spending 18 months at Bradford City, Cullen made 63 appearances for the Yorkshire club, but failed to force his way into the West Ham team upon his return.

Another chance away from the capital followed in August of 2017, with a switch to Bolton Wanderers of the Championship.
Cullen has received 14 caps from the Irish U21 side, despite having also made one appearance for England’s U16 team.
Joining Charlton, the Essex-native will get a chance to prove his worth in League One, the level at which he enjoyed his most prevalent successes with Bradford.
Irons boss Manuel Pellegrini will be keeping an eye on the play-maker to determine whether or not Cullen has a long-term future in his team.
