Watford are pressing to complete a deal for West Ham youngster Domingos Quina, according to claims from Sky Sports.
The promising midfielder has been linked with a whole host of clubs across Europe in recent weeks, with his future at the London Stadium coming under plenty of scrutiny.
Quina has been courted by the likes of Barcelona and AC Milan before but Watford appear to be making significant efforts to recruit him, despite the transfer window having already slammed shut this evening.
Sky Sports report that a deal sheet has been submitted by the Hornets as they look to swiftly close negotiations with West Ham and Quina regarding a permanent deal for the player.
It’s claimed that negotiations have been ongoing between Quina and Watford this evening, with the young Portuguese prospect currently at the club’s training ground discussing terms.
Quina will be hoping to secure first-team football under Javi Gracia, if his move to Watford does indeed go through.
