Quina made only a handful of senior appearances for West Ham during his tenure at the club but ultimately sought pastures new this summer.
The likes of Barcelona and AC Milan had been linked with respective moves for the 18-year-old playmaker, but he has opted to put pen to paper on a four-year contract at Vicarage Road.
Quina spent the afternoon at the club’s training ground to negotiate a move to the Hornets, and it seems talks were concluded positively, as the Portuguese youngster gears up for the new season across London.
