According to James Nursey on the Mirror, the Portuguese giants will demand a fee of £36 million in order to sell.

It had been suggested that West Ham could look to negotiate a deal for the forward, but Porto are having none of it.

Both Everton and West Ham are said to have held talks over a move for the striker.
