West Ham have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Paraguay international Angel Romero this summer.
The Hammers are believed to be on the lookout for further attacking additions ahead of the season’s curtain-raiser next month and according to the Mirror, Romero has emerged as a target.
The 26-year-old is currently playing his football out in Brazil, with West Ham evidently having tracked his progress for Corinthians in recent times.

West Ham are looking to offload Jordan Hugill this summer, if reports are to be believed, with the club keen to replace the ex-Preston man with a striker of a higher calibre.
Manuel Pellegrini’s men have been especially busy in the transfer market so far and have already completed the signings of seven players following the Chilean’s arrival.
Romero appears to now be a player who they have shown an interest in, with Pellegrini continuing to delve into the South American when assessing potential recruits for his new side.
