West Ham reportedly value Reece Oxford at £10m
West Ham are reportedly ready to sell Reece Oxford this summer.
The 19-year-old struggled to establish himself in David Moyes’ first-team plans in the second half of last season after seeing his loan spell with Borussia Monchengladbach cut short.
Oxford was once tipped for big things as he emerged in the first-team at just 16 years of age. However, he has since struggled to develop quickly and it seems West Ham are prepared to sell him this summer.
According to a report from Football London, the Hammers are willing to accept offers worth £10 million and above for their academy graduate this summer, with Manuel Pellegrini looking to trim the squad.
It’s claimed in the report that should the opportunity present itself, Oxford would be open to returning to the Bundesliga after enjoying his time with Monchengladbach.
Gladbach are reported to have retained their interest in the promising defender, with a summer move now seeming likely.
