West Ham have had an offer of €22m rejected for Croatian international Domagoj Vida.
According to Aksam, via Sport Witness, Besiktas have turned down West Ham’s opening bid for the defender.
The report claims that Besiktas are looking for a fee in the region of €25m for Vida, following his performances for Croatia at the World Cup.

Vida was a key cog in Croatia’s side as they reached the final of the World Cup for the first time in their history – going on to lose 4-2 to France in Russia.
Aksam claim that Vida wants to leave Besiktas and has told the Turkish giants of his ambition to play in the Premier League next season.
Manuel Pellegrini is keen to continue making additions to his squad and sees Vida as a good replacement for the injured Winston Reid.
Liverpool and Everton have been previously linked with the central defender.
