West Ham are interested in signing Nicolas N’Koulou from Torino this summer, according to a report from L’Equipe.
The Hammers are out to add further quality to their squad ahead of the start of the season next month and according to fresh claims from France, N’Koulou is a man who they are considering a move for.
N’Koulou enjoyed a strong season in Italy with Torino and his displays appear to have piqued the interest of several clubs, with West Ham understood to be in the race.
The 28-year-old has only recently arrived at Torino on a permanent basis, having enjoyed an initial, season-long loan spell at the club last term.
However, this does not appear to have deterred the likes of West Ham, with the club allegedly keen to try and convince Torino to turn a profit on N’Koulou this summer.
The Hammers, though, are not the only team in the race for N’Koulou. It’s claimed by L’Equipe that Sevilla are chasing his signature, while Premier League rivals Newcastle United are also keen.
