West Ham have reportedly made contact with Sevilla midfielder Franco Vazquez over a summer move to the London Stadium, according to reports.
Tutto Mercato Web claim that the Hammers are in contact over the deal, but it is unclear at this stage whether or not that is the club or the agent.
The report also claims that the Hammers are confident about their chances of getting a deal over the line.

The Italian playmaker could be viewed as a direct replacement for Manuel Lanzini, who has been sidelined with a long-term injury.
Vazquez could follow the likes of Jack Wilshere and Borussia Dortmund’s Andriy Yarmolenko through the doors at the London Stadium.
Both players are thought to be closing in on moves to West Ham.
Manuel Pellegrini is out to improve in the final third this summer in a bid to add some goals and creativity to his new squad, something they struggled for last season.
