West Ham are set to miss out in their attempt to sign Jordan Lukaku from Lazio, with the full back expected to join fellow Premier League side Leicester City, according to Il Tempo, cited by Sport Witness.
The reports suggest that Lukaku’s move to the Foxes is so close that the Belgian international, who isn’t with the national team at the World Cup, won’t be going on Lazio’s pre-season tour this month.

New Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini is desperate to add to his squad over the summer, and has been strongly linked with a move for Lukaku and his Lazio team mate Felipe Anderson in recent weeks.
Lukaku, who is the younger brother to Manchester United striker Romelu, has impressed over the past two seasons for the Italian side since his move from Oostende in 2016.
The 23-year-old has made a total of 64 appearances for Lazio in his two full seasons with the club, however, his stay with the Italian giants looks set to come to an end in the coming weeks.
