When Andy Carroll injured his ankle in January, it was reported that he would be out for the remainder of the season. However, according to a report in The Mirror, the England international could be fit for the final two games of the campaign.
West Ham will be hopeful that their status as a Premier League club will be secured before the games against Leicester City and Everton, but they could have Carroll fit and ready to play in the event that they still need points to secure safety.

Of course the Hammers could also be looking for points in chase of an unlikely European place as they are only six points behind seventh placed Burnley at present and seventh could be good enough to qualify for the Europa League, depending on who wins the FA Cup and Champions League.
Carroll will be desperate to play in the games as he’ll want to make a late push to be considered for Gareth Southgate’s World Cup squad.
