Fulham midfielder Tom Cairney wants to complete a move to West Ham this month, but the Championship side are refusing to sell.
Sky Sports reports that the Fulham captain, who is valued at around £15 million, wants to join to David Moyes’ side this month after the Hammers expressed an interest in the player.
The report also suggests that West Brom are also watching the player, who has scored just once this season.
Cairney has been heavily linked with a move away from Fulham for some time after impressing in the Championship.
Newcastle have failed with bids to sign the player in the past following their promotion back to the Premier League.
The Championship side are adamant that the player will remain at the club though, as they push for promotion to the Premier League.
Slavisa Jokanovic’s men currently sit seventh in the Championship, one point outside of the play-off positions.
