Slaven Bilic was sacked by West Ham on Monday morning, with Moyes now set to replace him at the Olympic Stadium.

Sky Sports claim that he will sign a six-month contract and be announced by West Ham on Tuesday.

The Hammers are currently 18th in the Premier League table after 11 games, with Bilic having won only two matches in the league.

After the club failed to sign Carlo Ancelotti, they have moved swiftly onto Moyes, who will take charge until the end of the season.

There were reports that West Ham attempted to bring Ancelotti back to England, but the Italian opted against the move.

Moyes will look to keep West Ham in the division before the club make a long-term decision on their next manager next summer.

The Scotsman has been out of a job since leaving Sunderland earlier this year.
