According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Serie A side AC Milan have been keeping tabs on Carlo Ancelotti after his sacking by Bayern Munich, with West Ham also said to be monitoring the situation.
The Italian giants are believed to have spoken to Ancelotti last May, discussing the opportunity of returning to the San Siro where he spent five years as a player and eight years as a manager, but talks broke down and Ancelotti moved to Germany.
West Ham are also believed to be keeping a close eye on Ancelotti’s situation, with Slaven Bilic struggling to find form with the Hammers this season, and some reports saying his job is hanging by a thread.

With Ancelotti becoming available, this may well encourage West Ham or Milan to make a decision on their current managers very soon, knowing that a world class manager is now on the lookout for a new project.
