West Ham sources have been adamant that Diafra Sakho will not be leaving the club this summer but the striker is doing his best to change that.
After skipping training yesterday, flying to France to have a medical and discuss personal terms with Rennes – all without West Ham’s permission – Sakho has remained in France as he hopes to push through a move before tonight’s 11PM deadline, GFFN report.
Sakho and his entourage are perplexed at the situation and why West Ham are pinning the blame on the striker as Rennes have met the club’s demands for a transfer only for them to pull the plug.

The 27-year-old has reportedly been told he is behind Andre Ayew and Michail Antonio in the forward pecking order despite being one of just three senior strikers in the squad and he’s not taken the news well and wants to leave.
Crystal Palace are rumoured to have bid £10m for Sakho but the club are still unwilling to sell for the time being.
