West Ham failed with a £2.8 million bid for PSV goalkeeper and Crystal Palace target Jeroen Zoet, according to Voetbal International.
Both Palace and Newcastle are said to be interested in the goalkeeper the report suggests that West Ham are the only club to have submitted an official offer for the player.
Zoet has been told he’s free to leave the Eredivisie this summer but only for the right price.

The Dutch side are said to be demanding a figure of around £5.6 million for the 26-year-old.
The Hammers will need to sell Adrian before any deal can be sanctioned, with Zoet seen as a number two to summer loan signing Joe Hart.
The player himself has been critical of his current side, who he believes are pricing him out of a move to the Premier League this summer.
Both Palace and Newcastle are in the market for a new goalkeeper but have been reluctant to spend.
