After scoring 12 goals in his first season at the club, Diafra Sakho was set for a bright future in the Premier League, but injuries and attitude problems have seen him fall down the pecking order at the club.
The Senegalese striker has just return from his latest injury layoff, coming on as a substitute in both defeats at Manchester United and Southampton, playing a key role in the team’s equaliser at St. Mary’s last time out.
Behind Javier Hernandez and Andy Carroll at the London Stadium and just a year to run on his contract, it’s pretty clear that Sakho is not part of the club’s long-term plans and there are teams eager to sign him.

Ligue 1 side Bordeaux want to bring the former Metz star back to France while Serie A outfit Lazio are also keen to sign the striker, according to France Football.
If West Ham decide to cash-in on the striker then they would need to dip into the market for another striker with only three senior forwards in their ranks having sold Ashley Fletcher to Middlesbrough and Enner Valencia to Tigres earlier in the window.
